Tuğba Aydın graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 2018. She began her career in the textile industry, where she was involved in GOTS and ZDHC certification processes.

In 2020, Aydın transitioned into the field of chemicals legislation. She has been involved in the preparation of Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), Chemical Safety Reports (CSRs) and registration dossiers under REACH, KKDIK, CLP/SEA and UFI/PCN legislation. She has supported leading companies in the chemical industry with the preparation of technical documentation, the management of notification procedures, compliance with local and international legislation, and the follow-up of official procedures before the relevant ministries. While continuing her professional development, she completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Yıldız Technical University.

Tuğba Aydın holds certificates as a Chemical Assessment Expert (CAE), Product Safety Assessor and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor. She currently works as a Chemical Regulatory Consultant at Chemleg Consultancy. In this role, she manages the registration processes for chemical substances under the KKDIK Regulation and provides companies with technical consultancy services regarding regulatory compliance.
