Names of C&L Notifiers to Be Disclosed
As of today, ECHA will disclose the names of companies that have submitted notifications to the Classification and Labelling (C&L) Inventory.
As announced on our social media accounts, ECHA has stated that companies wishing to keep their names confidential must submit a request by 30 June 2026.
Where Will the Names Be Published?
The names of companies that have submitted C&L notifications will be published in the C&L section of ECHA CHEM. Separate names will be displayed for each classification and substance type, and initially only the names of companies associated with CLP notifications will be disclosed.
For joint notifications, the name of the lead company will be disclosed, while the names of member companies will not be published. Classification and labelling information originating from REACH registrations, including registrant information already available in the dossier section of ECHA CHEM, will also be displayed in the C&L Inventory.
